As a founding partner of Lean Mean Fighting Machine, I helped build an agency that delivered transformative work for brands including Unilever, Heineken, Coca-Cola, Land Rover and Emirates, becoming the first UK agency to win Digital Agency of the Year at Cannes. Now I’m an ECD-for-hire brought in to challenge safe thinking, pick fights with bland ideas, and turn creative sparks into something that actually burns. I also work as a speaker, writer, mentor, NED and creative consultant.
